The LAFINA fillet is taken from the tenderloin. We supply it in weights of 3/4 lbs and 4/5 lbs, i.e. 1.6 - 2.5 kg. The fillet is characterised by a low fat content with as many tendons and membranes removed as possible. It can therefore be prepared for further processing very quickly. We only use selected LAFINA beef from Uruguay in our LAFINA fillet. Like all meat from LAFINA, the fillet appeals because of its first-rate quality.
