Heart of rump

Our LAFINA heart of rump is supplied in weights of between 2 - 2.5 kg. It is a piece of the rump with small fatty deposits that give the meat the right level of juiciness when roasting or grilling. Just like our other cuts, LAFINA heart of rump appeals because of its perfect maturity and marbling. It is characterised by the presence of few tendons and membranes and can thus be cooked whole or divided into individual steaks without too much preparation.
