At LAFINA, the process of meat production can be traced from the birth of the animal and rearing it to slaughtering and the final product reaching the end consumer. Our monitoring of the individual elements of this chain is so thorough that every animal can be traced back, which also enables optimised quality assurance at the same time. LAFINA animals grow up outdoors in Uruguay and are slaughtered on site, meaning they are not subjected to long and “inhumane” transportation times.
